  SGLD automatic change-over switch(ATSE)integrates switch and logic control,thus it is not necessary to provide external controller. This truly electromechanically integrated automatic change-over switch has the following functions such as voltage detection,frequency detection,communication interface,electrical and mechanical interlocking etc.,so,automatic control,electrical remote control and emerge- ncy manual control can be performed.
  The operation is carried out through the logic control board,which gives various commands to control the motor and gear-box.The motor drives the accelerator which can take switch-spring power accumulating and instantaneous release,swiftly turns making and breaking the circuit or makes circuit switching.The visible operation status can help you to perform safe separation,increasing extremely the various electrical and mechanical performance.
  Which the shell of switch SGLD is made of different materials:its control section is made of metal,but the switching section is made of glass-fibre unsaturated polyester resin,having stronger dielectric property and protective capability as well as safe operation performance.

  1、Self switch and self reset
  when the main when the main power supply circuit loop breaks down(lack phase,over voltage)the switch(to be possible set 0~999S)after transformation time delay T1 to automatically changeover into the spare power supply circuit loop.
  When the main electrical power supply loop recover normal,switch return time delay T2(may set 0~999S)automatically back to the main power loopl
  2.Self switch no self reset
  Suitable in the two circuit city electricity mutually backup system
  When I route power circuit failure(lack phase,over voltage);The switch(may set 0~999S)after transformation time delay T1 automatically changeover into II Road power circuit;When the I route power circit restores and become normal,the switch does not returns I Road,only then in route II power failure,the switch returns time delay T2(may set 0~999S)to automatically returns I Road power circuit.
  3.City electrical generator
  Is suitable supplies power primarily in the city electricity,the power set for the spare power supply system.When the city electricity breaks don,the switch controller first sends cut the start kerosene engine signal,the switch(i.e.Warm machine time adjustable 0~, 999S)transfer automatically after transformation time delay T1 into the kerosene engine power supply retrun route.I When the city electricity restores is normal,the switch after returns by the delay T2(may set0~999S)automatically changeover returns to the city electricity power supply,after then cold machine time delay T3(may set0~999S)again,the controller sends out the shutting down kerosene engine signal.The city electricity,the kerosene engine have three-phase lack,three-phase low and over voltage examination function etc.

Operation Environment
SGLD automatic changing-over is olation switch can work reliably under the following conditions:
◎Height above sea level does not exceed 2,000m;
◎Ambient temperature is not higher than 40℃ and not lower than -5℃;
◎Relative humidity is not larger than 95%;
◎No explosive dangerous medium environment;
 No rain and snow attack environment;
 Note:if the load isolation switch is expected to be used in the condition that the ambient temperature is higher than +40℃ or is lower than -5℃~-45℃,customers should inform to the manufactory.

SGLD-100~3200A automatic change-over switch control and operation
  The logic control board will send out different to control the operation of the gear-motor directly assembled in the switch to ensure the position of the switch.
  The gear motor is made of neoprene to insulate wetness and heat has a safety device.It will trip off when th temperature is over 110℃ and when it is under over-current state,when the trouble is disapperared,the device will automatically resumes its work,the reversible reduction gear adopts straight tooth gear.
Operation
The key carries on automatic control condition SGLD throws automatically cuts.
By connect and inserts the post 202,204 for long distance force reset "0"
 
Emergency manual operation:to use emergency operation handle,to turn 90°at each position.
 
When the key is at manual operation position,to use connection termials 202~205 to perform remote electric control.
 
To use 1~3 locks to lock in:To keep position status,To prevent the emergency handle from being held on.
